Hourly Shift Managers provide shift management and supervisory support to the restaurant in achieving its restaurant goals.  Shift managers are self-sufficient while running a shift and often act as �manager on duty� (MOD) for the restaurant.  A Shift Supervisor position is the right place to start when you want a career in restaurant management!  Working as a Shift Supervisor lets you develop your management skills while still having the time to do the things you enjoy.  You�ll benefit from training and career opportunities, and receive reward and recognition for your efforts.

 

Assistant Restaurant General Managers (Assistant RGM) serve as an assistant to the Restaurant General Manager.  Assistant RGM�s also supervise, train and motivate team members.  As member of the management team, you shape the culture of the restaurant.  In the absence of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you provide additional management coverage of operating hours in a single restaurant.  Your role is to build the capability of your team, continue running great shifts, and partner with your RGM to make your restaurant stand out from the field.  This is a training ground for you because all that you learn here will be taken with you when you become RGM!

 

Restaurant General Managers (RGM) are the leader of a multi-million dollar business!  You are good at many different things � coaching, teaching, leading, problem-solving, and serving among many others.  Your restaurant is more than just a place to eat.  It�s a family working together to serve a great meal to our customer.  They have a thousand restaurant choices and you must make sure yours leaves the best impression. Much is expected of you.  Your team looks to you for leadership and coaching, your customers look to you for a standout experience, and your Area Coach looks to you for business acumen.
